SUNDAY TRADING.
In the Westport Magistrate s louit, on the Bnd inst., lan Mcßae, licensee of the •Commercial Hotel, was found guilty on a charge of Sunday trading, and fined £7 and costs. Mr Mcßae intimated that, he intended to appeal to the higher, court, on the ground that the housemaid who served the liquor, from , which the charge arose, was not authorised to make the sale. 1
