AUCKLAND REFEREES’ ASSOCIATION.

The annual meeting of the Auckland Referees’ Association was held last Wednesday evening at

the rooms of the Amateur Sports’ Club, Mr F. J. Ohlson presiding Mr G. F. Pelham, secretary, presenteo the annual report, which stated that the season had been one of the most successful in the history of the Association, the attendance of memb-rs being large. Members had given general satisfaction in the matches under their charge Special srcce’s atter ded the efforts of Messrs A. Campbell and P. Mackie, two of the members, who had refereed in foreign matches. Mr E J. Ohlson was re elected chairman, and Messrs G F. Pelham and Knox secretary and assistant secretary respectively. Messrs Ohlson, Campbell and Mickie were appointed a biard of examiners.
