RULES AND REGULATIONS. To which the attention (of persons entering horses is pajticularly directed. All entries, nominations, etc., will close at the Secretary’s Office, New Plymouth, at 9 p.m., except when otherwise specified. All entries to be sealed, and addressed to the Secretary, Taranaki Jockey Club, New Plymouth, entrance money enclosed, with the name, age at time of entry, name of owner, pedigree, colours of the rider, and in the case of hpndicaps, performances of the horse. Entries must give full particulars of the horse, in terms of New Rule 45, otherwise Entry will be invalid. Owners, Trainers and others entering and accepting horses for the T. J.C. Meetings are notified that no entries or acceptances will be received unless accompanied by the necessary amount in cash. This notification does not apply to Owners and Trainers who have standing arrangements with th : Executive. Any person failing to declare his colours at time of entry will be fined 2 sovs, unless the colours of the Owner of the horse are duly registered. . . , No Owner will be permitted to use the registered colours of another Owner, without special permission. Owners are responsible for all penalties and allowances. All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give notice to the Secretary, or.
