rjTE AROHA MINERAL WATERS NOTICE TO DERATED WATER MANUFACTURERS AND OTHERS TENDERS are invited for the right to Bottle the Overflow from No. 8 Spring; estimated yield about 200 gallons per day. 1. The exclusive right to bottle this water for a period of ten years will be granted. 2. Water to be sold and advertised as “Te Aroha Mineral Wafer.” The selling of any other waters under this brand will constitute a breach of contract. 3. Tenders to state rate per annum they are prepared to offer. 4. Successful tenderer must not bottle or vend any mineral waters other than Te Aroha Mineral Water. 5. A bottling establishment must be set apart for the purpose, and the Board, or its appointee, shall have at all times the right of entry for purpose of inspection and analysis. 6. The successful tenderer to find surety (satisfactory to lhe Board) to the extent of £loofor completion of contract. Tenders close on 4th July with the undersigned.
