Maiden three-year-olds at time of starting allowed lOlbs; two-year-olds, 71bs. Bj subscription of 5 sovs each, payable to the Secretary of the A.R.C. on General Entry Day, Summer Meeting, 1900, unless forfeits are declared and paid as follows : —Yea lings (foals of 1897) may be struck out upon payment of 1 sov by the first Friday in June, 1900, or upon payment of 2 sovs by the first Friday in December, 1900. Foals of 1898 may be struck out upon payment of 1 sov by the first Friday in June, 1900, or upon payment of 2 sovs by the first Friday in December, 1900. All horses remaining in after the first Friday in December, 1900, must pay their total entrance of 5 sovs by 12 noon the day before the race. Should there be any surplus arising from the subscriptions it will be given to the race. ENTRIES close for yearlings on DECEMBER 2, 1898. ENTRIES close for foals on FRIDAY, April 28, 1899, by 9 p.m. No money is required at the time of nomination.
