On no account will horses be handicapped whose nomination fees are unpaid. ( RULES AND REGULATIONS. All ponies without certificates to the stewards’ satisfaction must be measured before starting. Name, age, sex, pedigree, description, and previous performances of the horses and ponies to be given at time of nomination; also name or assumed name of owner, and colours of the riders and drivers. • All horses must be ridden and driven out. •All protests must be accompanied with a fee of £2, to be forfeited if protest be deemed frivolous or vexatious. All disputes, objections, and claims, arising out of the racing, shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present," whose decision shall be final, and shall not be questioned in any Court of Law.
