ACCEPTANCES for first day close with the Secretary, at Palmerston North, on TUESDAY, December 15th, at 10 p.m. WEIGHTS for second day, except Farewell Handicap, will be posted at the Commercial Hotel, Palmerston North, about 9 p.m. on December 26th. A HACK is a horse that has never won a race of over 40 sovs, hack and hunters accepted. RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. No entry will be received for any race except upon this condition:—That all Disputes, Claims, and Objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint, their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of this Programme shall be final.
