Horses qualified to run at this meeting are those which have never won a race of over £4O, hack and hunters excepted. 2. A hunter means a horse whose owner can produce, at the scales, a certificate from the Master of any Hunt Club that the horse has been ridden to hounds during the past season to the satisfaction of the Master. 3.
