NOTES.
By Feitz. Golden King (by Blue Gown), who won the Maiden Trot at Taranaki, is the horse that caused the death of the late George Waddington, of Ngauhauranga, Wellington. Mr Faber purchased this ungelded son of Blue Gown for £9, so that ' he has a good bargain.
