To be subscribed as follows :— ONE SHILLING ON APPLICATION, ONE SHILLING ON ALLOTMENT, AND ONE SHILLING IN FOUR MONTHS. LEDINGHAM, and A. E. A. SMITH. The promoters have succeeded in manufacturing an article which has been very HIGHLY COMMENDED by SIGNOR BRAGATO, DR. EMILY B. RYDER, MESSRS. LINDSAY COOKE, and ALFRED KIDD, and other connoisseurs, and have found a ready sale for it in large quantities. As the DEMAND for these Wines IS EXCEEDING THE SUPPLY, the necessity arises for the additional capital which a company will provide. The Promoters hope to extend their Vintage from 33000 gallons in 1895 to 8000 GALLONS AT NEXT VINTAGE. The Company will be able to place a LARGE quantity of these EXCELLENT WINES on the market at prices which will defy competition, but which will, at the same time, prove amply remunerative to the Shareholders. The climate and soil of the North of New Zealand having been proved to be eminently suited to the growth of the vine, it is believed that we have reached a new era in the manufacture of Wines, and that there is nothing to prevent the industry here, in a short space of time, ATTAINING THE GIGANTIC PROPORTIONS secured by the Australian Colonies. The Promoters, having disposed of 7000 SHARES privately, have only 3000 to offer to the Public. Temporary Town Agent— MR ROBERT REW, Grocer, Victoria-street. For Prospectuses, apply to Mr GREVILLE (care of Messrs BEALE and BEALE, Solicitors)* Secretary pro tem., to whom application for Shares may be made.
