Our Illustrations.
Football enthusiasts will find their tastes specially catered for in this issue of the Review in the shape of a full page reproduction of the photo, of the Grafton team, taken by Mr F. W. Edwards. The group is admirably arranged, and Mr Edwards may be complimented on his excellent work. The reproduction is printed on specially prepared paper so that, the Grafton supporters may preserve the picture as a memento of the fine fight made by their representatives bn July 6th, 1895. ■ The New Sylvia Park sire, Seaton Delaval,forms -the subject of another illustration, and if Review .readers compare:;the present .picture with: the one that appeared in our issue of April 25th; the} will see at a glance, what a wonderful improvement has been - made by this stallion since his arrival. He; will have some finely bred mares put to him during the coming season, including such good ones as Roie, Sybil, Jadestone, etc. A lengthy reference to' the horse will be found in another column.
The first of a series of hunting pictures also appears in this issue, the subject being the meet of the Pakurafiga hounds at Mr E. D. O’Rorke’s establishment, “ The Pah,” on the 13th inst. In subsequent issues we’ will present dur readers with a series of photo-reproductions, entitled “ Ladies of Hunt.”
