RULES AND REGULATIONS. No entry will be received for any race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections, arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision on all points shall be final. All nominations, entries and acceptances, etc., must be accompanied by the necessary amount payable and left in the Gisborne Racing Club’s Letter Box, addressed to the Secretary, Argyll Hotel, on the specified dates. All races to be run under the Auckland Racing Club’s Rules. All disputes to be decided by the stewards, whose decision will be final. Every protest to be accompanied by 1 sov,, which will be forfeited if the protest is deemed frivolous. No nominatioh or acceptance will be received unless accompanied by the necessary amount in cash. Nomination for the first and third events will close with the Secretary on December Bth. Weights will appear injthe Waikato Times on or about Tuesday, December 12th.
