To start at 4.30 p.m. No horse shall be eligible to start as a hack that has started in any of the handicaps, other than hack handicaps, at this meeting. RULES AND REGULATIONS. No entry will be received for any race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision on all points shall be final. All nominations, entries, and acceptances, etc., to be accompanied by the necessary amount payable, and left in the Poverty Bay’s Turf Club’s Letter Box, addressed to the Secretary, Masonic Hotel, on the specified dates.
