RULES AND REGULATIONS. AH races to be run under the A.R.C.’s new rules. No entry will be received for any race except upon this condition— That all disputes and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. Nominations, entries, and acceptances must be accompanied by cash or cheque. - If two horses belonging to one owner start, a distinguishing colour must be worn. Any person neglecting this rule to be fined 2 sovs. AU persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give notice to the Secretary or Clerk of Scales one halfhour before the official time of starting. Any person failing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine not exceeding five pounds (£5). Pedigree and particulars to he forwarded with nominations. Any jockey riding, except in declared colours, will be fined 3 sovs. Attention is specially called to this rule, as it will be strictly enforced.
