Mr. G. H. Carter, secretary of the South Auckland Racing Club, was in town during the week on business in connection with his Club. In a conversation with him he informs us that since the last race meeting the Club have made great improvements on the course. Amongst the principal attractions at the forthcoming meeting will be the steeplechase.
