THIS SMART BLOUSE. is cut to fall loosely into a basque, and the vest is soft and dainty, being made of French net, with Valenciennes lace and insertion. The satin falling on to the vest is finished with buttons and button-holes of the same material. The Robespierre collar is edged with marabout, which is again introduced at the edge of the sleeve.
