AUCKLAND HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY.
We beg to remind intending exhibitors of the approaching Show of this Society, where chrysanthemums and cactus dahlias are to be seen in all their glory. East year the Society had a grand display of ’mums, and. given favourable weather conditions, this year’s efforts should be better. A special class is provided this year for a floral display of chrysanthemums, cut or in pots, or both, in space 14 x 7. Numerous classes are provided for dahlias. tut blooms in collections have several classes, whilst bouquets, table decorations, vegetables, and fruit have not been overlooked. Classes are also open to juniors under 18 and school children. We hope there will be record entries for all events. Mr. W. Satchell, managing secretary. Swanson Street, Auckland, will forward copies of schedule to all applicants.
