Tunior.—Mi-s Stevens (16), 8 down. Ladies’ Tournament—The programmes for the Mjjnawatu Open Ladies’ Tournament are now ready, and will be forwarded to all clubs. The dates of the lournameirt are from September 16tli to September 10th, iiicluaive. a week later than originally intended. The earliness of the ladies’ and the lateness of the men's chanipionship meetings have led to some dislocation of dates for the Provincial Tournament this year. I’robably some arrangement may be ar rived at before next year to facilitate fitting in all the tournament dates, so tihat players may go on from one to another, and make Septenil>er a golfing tournament month.
