LADIES’ GOLF.

L.G.U. Official. EXTRA SCORES FOR HANDICAPPING. Handicaps 24 and under.—ln this class one extra score a week may be played for, provided the player has not played in a score competition during the week. Players may choose their own day unless the committee has appointed as extra scoring days two fixed days, on one of which they must play. The committee is responsible for seeing that only one extra score is played for weekly. Handicaps over 24.—Players who have not got down to the L.G.U. limit play under the same rules as last year, i.e., they may return extra scores on any day and as frequently as they can, until they reach the 24 limit, when they must conform to the above rule. Players in class one should help the committee by always notifying that they have played for an extra score, whatever the result of the game may have been. “HOME LINKS” CORONATION MEDAL MATCH. This match will be played on the links of all affiliated clubs on Friday, 31st May. It is open to players with handicaps 24 and under. The previous winners of this competition are: Miss Stephenson, New Plymouth, 1909; Mrs. Winterburn. Otaki, 1910; Mrs. Murphy, The Hutt, 1911.
