HAWERA, March 16. This week, owing to the very rough weather, there Iras been no tennis and croquet. Mrs Glenn has gone to Auckland tor a month's holiday. Mrs and Miss E. Caplen have gone to Opunake to stay with Mr and Mrs W. Hamilton. The Misses Norton have returned from a trip to Wellington. Mrs Duckworth, who has been visiting Mr and Airs W. Duckworth, has returned' to her home in Auckland. Mrs Allison, of Christchurch, is the guest of Mrs Nolan. Mrs Fenton, who has been spending some weeks with Mrs S. Campbell, has returned to Wellington.
