.January 22. Mrs. Payne, of Am klan .1. is the guest of her sister, Miss Brewer, in Wanganui. Miss Merton (f’hristehureh), who has •been staying in Wanganui with her lister. Mrs. Reeve, has returned home. Mrs. H. I. Jones, of Wanganui, lias returned from her vii*it to Auckland. Mr. and Mrs. Gifford Marshall and Miss D. Marshall, of Wanganui, have returned from their trip to the South Jsla nd. Air. ami Mrs. H. Good. of Wanganui, are staying in Wellington and Trentham for some weeks. Miss Kerr, of Wanganui, is staying in Wellington for a holiday.
