"hon the scheme for reclamation towards the Thorndon end is complete, the progressive Harbour Board will have every reason to congratulate itself on the facilities it has provided towards Oriental Bay; No. 2 Is the grand view of the busy city from the hills, and No. 3 shows the Thorndon end of Wellington. ■
