R. D. Watson, of Devonport*. Mr J. < urrie being the architect, and Mr J. Morris the builder, “\entnor” commands an unrivalled view of the Waitemata Harbour, and is practically fireproof, being built entirely of brick, with tireproof division walls, ami a concrete staircase. The furnishing throughout is <>n a most elaborate scalp, the whole of the furniture being of rimu. specially designed and manufactured at the factory of Mr. J. Carrigan, I nion Street. Auckland.
