CAMBRIDGE.
On Saturday Mr. H. B. Lusk, of Christchurch, put up a fresh record score for the course, going round in 3G, or five better than the bogey of 41, and beating Mr. H. Gillies’ score of 37 by one stroke. On Monday an interesting match was played between Messrs. H. B. Lusk, of Christchurch, and J. B. Lusk, of Auckland, against Messrs Nicoll and Mcßride,, of the local club; they played a fourball, best ball match, the former giving their opponents 6 strokes, and Won the match, being one up at the 18th hale, with a best ball score of 77.
