Coe: vice-president to the New Zealand Ladies’ Hockey Association, Mrs. Humphries (Grey, town)- delecafp to the New Zealand Ladles* Hockov Association, Mr J. D M. Mclntyre (Auckland). In a match at Masterton on Easter Monday, the Excelsior seniors defeated Petone by two goals tn one. A match was played on the same day at Woodville between a Masterton team and Woodville, the visitors winning by three goals to nil.
The men’s competitions In the Wairarapa will commence on May 4th. and the ladies* competition on May 11th. Four teams will compete in the men’s senior championship this season, and five tn the indies’ competition.
