CAMBRIDGE.
April 13. Personal. Mr. Norton Thompson left on Monday for Christchurch to be married, and returns to-morrow with his bride. Mr. C. W. Mcßride left on Monday for Christchurch, to spend a fortnight with his parents Mr. and Mrs. Caldwell left on Monday for tile Waitomo Caves, and then on to .Wanganui, to be present at the opening of the new college, where their son is at present at school. Miss Wells is leaving by the Main Trunk to-night for Wanganui. She will be absent some time. Miss Beale goes to Okoroire to-day, to lie present at the Golf Tournament, and will go on from there to Auckland to pay some visits. Miss K. Willis goes to Okoroire to-day to play in the Golf Tournament. Messrs. Niccol, Muir, E. J. Wilkinson, and M. Wells have gone to the Golf Tournament at Okoroire.
Miss C. Willis is spending a few days with her parents (Archdeacon and Mrs. Willis).
. The Misses Taylor (4), of ‘‘Burdowie,” left to-day for a week at Rotorua.
Mr. E. Mein is spending a few days at the Vicarage with Archdeacon and Mrs. Willis.
Miss Gavey, the first assistant at the District High School, is leaving to take up a position up North. During her Stay in Cambridge she has helped in many ways, being a member 'of the fyiUiespearian Club,, ehojr, aipl other bodies, aud she will be much missed. ELSIE.
