HON. T. KENNEDY MACDONALD. It is alleged that in or about 1904 and subsequent years while a member of the Legislative Council, he alone, or in conjunction with his then partner, conducted the sale to the Government of a property at Nai Nai, and other properties, and received from the vendors commissions or sums of money, or alternatively that he and his partner received the commissions (Zak.) and divided them.
