By abolishing the existing fences of Parliament, on t lie left is the Municipal Opera House (subsidised by the State), on the right the National Art Gallery, whilst in the distance, to the left of the Houses of Parliament, is tbe^w 11 tivated, and, in short the centre of the capital made representative in J ® v '
