Auckland—First Grade. NORTH SHORE V. UNIVERSITY*. The North Shore foam gained the only three-point win in first grade cricket, by defeating University by 137 runs. In their first innjngs North Shore made 112, and 129 in the second, the principal contributors on Saturday being Kallender (22), and Coleman (30)4 Bowling for University, F. Albion disposed of Opoho for 58, Wordsworth taking five wickets for 25 runs, and Cummings five for 22. Albion made 210 (McFarlane 65, Drake 38). Dunedin met Grange, and compiled 70 in the first innings (Wilson 31), and losing five wickets for 17 runs in the second innings. Grange made 48 in the first innings. Mackersey capturing four wiekets for 21 runs, and Torrance five for 23.
