FEILDING.

November 5. At the Theatre. The Hugh Ward company played “The ■Bachelor’s Honeymoon’’ on Tuesday, November 2. The hall was crowded, and a few amongst the number I noticed were: Mrs. and Dr. MeAllum, Mr. and Mr*. Glasgow, Mr. and Mrs. Gillespie, Mr. and Mrs. Mostyn Jones. Mr. and Mrs. (’layton, Mrs. and Miss Sandilands, Mr. and Miss Spain, Dr. Willis, Mr. and Mrs. Alymer, Mrs. and Miss Walker, Mr. and Mrs. Haggitt, Mrs. Claperton (Wellington).

Palmerston North Show. A number of Feilding people went over to the Palmerston A. and P. show. They had beautiful weather for the three days, 3rd, 4th, and sth November. A few of the Feilding people I noticed there were: Mrs. Fitz Herbert, dark blue coat and skirt, Tuscan straw hat; Mrs. K. Levin, dark blue tailor-made coat and skirt, green hat; Mrs. Mostyn Jones, heliotrope linen coat and skirt, flowered toque; Miss Lethbridge, blue coat ami skirt, white hat trimmed with heliotrope; Miss Luxmoore, cream coat and skirt, white hat trimmfed with pink, flowers; Miss Jean Bruce, fawn coat and skirt, brown hat; Miss Elsie Bruce, brown coat and skirt, hat to match; Mrs. Millar, dark mauve costume, hat to match: Miss P. Walker, dark blue Norfolk coat and skirt, sailor hat; Mrs. Clayton, blue coat and skirt, Tuscan straw hat. trimmed with black velvet; Mrs. Beedie, flowered muslin dress, heliotrope and pink chiffon hat: Miss Mcßeth, white dres«, white hat with pink flowers. Miss Sandilands’ wedding has been arranged for November 24. The invitations have already been sent out.
