The design differs from the first Russell van imported a two c ylinder car fitted with *olid tyre*. The new van is a fourcylinder car. ecpiipped with SSO \ 1211 Dunlop bar tread pneumatic tyres. The \ deration <uu*»-d by the *olid tyre* on the rough road* of Wellington wa* found to be detrimental to the welfare of the car—heme the change.
