Napier Tournament. The Napier Golf Club’s annual tournament took place last week on the Waiohiki links. The Men’s Handicap, one round, against bogey, was won by M. Fenwicks (handicap 10), 1 down; J. Circuitt (10), and W. E. Knight, of Dannevirke (2), each 4 down, halved for second place. In the final for the Men’s Championship (Gollan Cup), Kurupo Taroha beat Barraud by 5 up and 3 to play. Barraud started badly, and Tareha was 6 up at the eighth hole. After that they kept fairly well together, but Barraud was off his putting, and lost several chances of gaining on his opponent. It was not a first-rate exposition of the game. Tho Men’s Final Handicap was won by F. Raven (handicap 18), who was 4 up. H. Kawhi (handicap 1), was second, with 1 up, and G. F. Thorburn (handicap 2) was third, all square. The Mixed Foursome Match was won by F. T. Boys and Miss if. Hindmarsh (handicap 9), who won with 3 down. The men's doubles handicap waa won by 11. Hamilton and J. A. Seltar, with H. J. Smith and O. Nelson second.

Cambridge Beata Goldfields.

A golf match was played at Cambridge on Saturday between representatives from Um combined Walhi and Baeroa Clubs and tho Cambridge Club. Some splendid matches took place, t>.e homo players winning by eeveu games to six.
