OWING TO THE KAIN AND HIGH ( HAUGES THE FOOTBALL MATCH ON SATURDAY AT ALEXANDRA PARK WAS NOT SO WELL ATTENDED AS THE AU( KLAND MATCH OF THE WEEK BEFORE. THE MAIN STAND AND THE AUXILIARY STAND AT THE NORTHERN END WERE WELL PATRONISED. BUT THE TOTAL WAS SEVERAL THOUSAND SHORT OF THE PREVIOUS SATURDAY’S RECORD OF SOME TWENTY THOUSAND.
