JOHANNESBURG, February 17. Crowds mobbed Mr. Keir Hardie, M.P., (chairman of the Independent Labour, party of Great Britain, on his arriving at Johannesburg station. Mr. Hardie was pelted with eggs, tomatoes, and stones. Tile police protected him, enabling him to escape unhurt from his a*" sailants.
