CONNECTING WELLINGTON CITY WITH ITS OUTLYING SUBURBS.
Owing to the configuration of the land round the capital city, the establishment of communication with its environs is not an easy matter. The Kilbirnie tunnel is now an accomplished fact, and our pictures show the progress which is being made in the extension from Miramar to the seaside township of Seatoun, near the heads.
