An amusing account given by our London Correspondent some days ago of the records in train travelling, eating, and speech making put up by the Colonial Premiers on the occasion of their 300-mile trip to Manchester to receive the freedom of that city. What the correspondent put in words the cartoonist of the "Manchester Despatch" has been equally happy in describing pictorially.
