BARQUE HAZEL CRAIG, WINNER OF THE OCEAN RACE FROM NEWCASTLE TO AUCKLAND.

The Hazel Craig (Captain D. Urquhart) won after a smart passage of ten days, arriving in Auckland harbour on February 21, at 8 a.m. The Jessie Craig (Captain Mathieson) reached port at 5.30 p.m. the same day, and the James Craig (Captain W. Nagle) on the afternoon of the 23rd.
