BURNS. — On November 21st, 1906. at bis Jate residence, Stanley-st.. Arch Hill, ElKs Burns, third sou of the late James Burns, of Peterhead Farm, Flfeshlre, Scotland; aged 90 years. CARNAHAN.—On October 13th, at his residence, 1330, 32nd st., Chicago, James, the beloved brother of Joseph Carnahan, Birkdale, Auckland. “Joy cometh in the morning.”—Ps. xxx. 5. CROASDALE. -— On the loth October, age 63, at the residence of Mrs William Lee, Crumpstall, Manchester, Mrs Jane Croasdale, eldest daughter of the late Benjamlit Holt, Rochdale, Lancashire, only sister of Jacob Holt, of this city. DUNN. — On November 7th, at his late residence, Scoresby, Melbourne, Janies, the beloved husband of Annie Dunn, and eldest son of Hugh and Elizabeth Dunn, of Tlaslett-st., Eden Terrace; aged 42. Edcn-rd., the dearly beloved father of Albeit, Frederick, William, and John, and of Mesdames Herd, Drummond, and Belcher, the eldest sth of the late Win. Woolley, and grandson of the late Grimsby Carpenter, of Mt. Pleasant House, Bladgon, Somersetshire, England, lats 22nd Regiment; fought under the late Sir Charles Napier in th® battles of Meanec and Hyderabad, auft at Rauglrirl, Waikato War.
