Charles Henry, only son of Charles Horscroft, of Uchfleid, Sussex, England, to Mary Ann Georgina, eldest daughter of the late William John Nugnet Fraser, Lieutenant Colone’ of the sth Royal Elthome Light Infantry Regiment of Middlesex, England; also, great grand daughter of Lord Lovet, of Beaufort Castle, Beauly, lnveruessshlre, Scotland.
