TRAFALGAR DAY IN LONDON. October the 21st, is always observed as Trafalgar Day in London. The base of the Nelson Column in Trafalgar Square is invariably decorated in the manner shown in our picture, which was taken this week last year. No doubt a similar picturesque display took place last Friday (October 21). The vendors of Nelson memorials do a big business, and there is always a big gathering of Colonials and Americans who happen to be in the Metropolis.
