PALE CHEEKS. '“Some time ago my daughter had a bad attack of diphtheria,’- says Mr John Keyte, Huntly Avenue, off Khyber Passroad, Auckland. “When she got up she hadn’t the strength of a kitten, and her heart especially was terribly weak. She didn’t seem to have a drop of good blood to keep it going. Her cheeks were as pale as Death. Her lips and gums were nearly as white as chalk. Often at night she started up screaming, with the perspiration trickling off her. Amt, of course, this made her weaker and weaker, till we thought she was in a Decline. Hardly a mouthful of food passed her lips, and I really wonder how she lived. When I took her to the Doctor he said her system was all out of order. He gave her medicine, but it didn’t do her a particle of good. She was in this weak worn-out state when a friend told me how Dr. Williams’ Pink Pills for Pale People actually made new blood. I knew this was what my little gir? wanted, so I got her some from Mr Stevens, the grocer. He gave me the genuine New Zealand kind in email wooden boxes. In three days she looked better. She began to like her food, and the horrible screaming fits never woke her at night. Soon her lips and gums got red and healthy, and her cheeks grew round and rosy. She said WW Us, filling her with fresh life and strength. Forir boxes made her blood so pure and rich that she has never since had a day’s illness. And now whenever I see people with pale cheeks and aching backs I think what fools they are not to build up their blood at once with Dr. Williams’ Pink Pills for Pale People.
