Pat was a bashful lover and Biddy, as "Harper’s Bazaar” presents her, was CO yt_-*ut pot t-OQ coy. “Biddy,” Pat began, timidly, “did yeer iver think av marry in’?”
•’Sure, now, th’ subject has niver intered me thoughts,” demurely replied Biddy. “It’s sorry Oi am,” said Pat, turning away.
"Wan minute, Pat,” called Biddy, softly. “Ye’ve set me a-thinkin’.”
