We have received from the publishers of the “Army and Navy Gazette” a handsome coloured plate showing types of regiments of Tasmania, and New Zealand. The figures in the picture are a trooper of the Canterbury Mounted Rifles, a trooper of the Hawera Mounted Rifles, a sergeant of the Tasmanian Infantry, an officer of the Victoria Rifles (Auckland), and a corporal of the Christchurch City Guards. The plate is issued with the October number ot Ihs “Qazett e.” 1 '
