IN KAWHIA COUNTY. The attention of intending settlers Is called to the Opening for Settlement under the Optional Clauses of the Land Act, 1892, of some 54,000 acres of Good Grazing Lands, on the 18th April. These Lands form portion of what is known aa the King Country, and are generally of limestone to volcanic formation, and are also generally speaking forest covered lands, well watered. The sections have been surveyed into suitable areas, most of them are accessible by roads either formed or in process of formation and distant about 25 miles from Te Awamutu Railway Station, and 12 miles from Te Kulti or Hangitiki Railway Stations.
