Dear Bee, March 25. The garden party given here this week by Mr and Mrs Percival Barker in honour of His Excellency- the Governor was one of the most delightful functions we have had here for some time. The beautiful house ami grounds of our host looked at their best, and the gathering was a particularly- brilliant one. Among those present were: —Governor and party, Col. Pole-Penton. Hon. Jas.
