The attention of persons Interested is directed to the RANGIATEA SETTLEMENT, to be thrown open for application at the Crown Lands Office, Auckland, or June 22 next. The Estate comprises 3914 acres of cultivated Land, and is situated within 4 miles of Te Aroha on the AucklandPaeroa Railway Line. Areas range from 88 acres to 400 acres, and rentals per annum from £l2 to £ll3. Posters may be seen at the various Post Offices, and pamphlets and full information can be obtained at the Lana Office, Auckland. GERHARD MUELLER, Commissioner Crown Lands.
