CHANGE OF LIFE.
(“Dewsbury Chronicle.”) An interesting story of hope found in a hopeless case is told by a “Dewsbury Chronicle” reporter, in that important newspaper. He writes: —I visited Mrs Benjamin Smith, Ostler Square, 1, Back Tweedale-st., Dewsbury, who had been a hopeless sufferer, but had at last found relief fioin pain. Ten years ago, she stated—she is 50 now—-“change of life” left her with chronic rheumatism in the head and eyes. Iler last illness commenced 15 months ago. The pain in her head was too acute for words. She got no sleep either night or day, nor could the most skilful medical attention give her relief. She had a naturally sluggish liver and a weak heart, and her illness had so preyed upon her eyesight that in her own graphic words she “could only see the shadows” of objects before her. But in this, as in many another ease, hope was not futile.
“I saw an account in the paper,” said Mrs Smith to a reporter, “of the marvellous cures effected, where all ordinary medicine had failed, by Dr. Williams’ Pink Pills for Pale People, and my husband got me a box. I had only taken half when the pain left me just like magic, and it’s to Dr. Williams’ Pink Pills alone that I’m indebted. I’ve had only two boxes.”
