TIRES FIFTEEN FEET HIGH.

Thebe is now in process of reconstruction at Brston a tricycle which will weigh when completed 350 pounds. The dimensions of the big tires are fifteen feet in diameter and the small tire six feet. The machine is geared to 43, and is analogous to a locomotive. Four men on one side are geared to one wheel and the four on the opposite side to the other wheel. It was built from plans drawn by John O. de Wolfe, a mechanics! expert, who conceived the idea of the big machine. It is now being rebuilt, and the steering apparatus ehanged so that the two front men on either side will steer the wheel. This will do away with the ninth man.
