One very happy suggestion is making arrangements for ’ board au t residence ’ for the cats of people that shut up their houses each year during the general exodus, who get left to take their chance and hold feline indignation meetings on the subject of ‘ inhuman owners ’ till their return ; a most common cruelty practised each autumn.
