A NEW CUFF IDEA.

We wear shirts so much nowadays that we do not suffer from quite so many of the discomforts that used to arise from a loose pair ot cuffs perpetually either disappearing towards one’s elbow or coming down over our hands, and

so outside the dress sleeve. Still there are occasions when cuffs * unattached ’ have to be worn, and then this little invention, which appears in my sketch, will sure to be appreciated, as it keeps the cuff in just the place it ought to be, and they are not very difficult additions for us to add on to the enffs ourselves.
